The invention relates to a method for producing a fibrous material used in the manufacture of moulded parts, according to which a binding agent is added to the fibrous material, which is then compressed to form a moulded part with the addition of heat. Said method is characterised in that a proportion of plastic particles and/or plastic fibres is/are mixed with a particle or fibre mass of a first group of particles or fibres, the particle size of said plastic particles or plastic fibres corresponding approximately to the particle size of the particles or fibres of the first group. The plastic particles and/or fibres are obtained by the crushing and/or grinding of pure or mixed plastic agglomerates in a disc refiner and water is optionally added to the disc refiner during the crushing process.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de matière fibreuse utilisé pour la fabrication de pièces façonnées, selon lequel un liant est ajouté à la matière fibreuse qui est ensuite comprimée avec apport de chaleur pour former une pièce façonnée. Ce procédé se caractérise en ce qu'une proportion de particules de matière plastique et/ou de fibres de matière plastique est ajoutée à une matière particulaire ou fibreuse constituée d'un premier groupe de particules ou de fibres, la taille desdites particules ou desdites fibres de matière plastique correspondant approximativement à celle des particules ou des fibres du premier groupe. Les particules et/ou les fibres de matière plastique sont obtenues par broyage et/ou réduction en fibres d'agglomérats de matière plastique pure ou mixte dans un raffineur à disques avec, éventuellement, amenée d'eau audit raffineur pendant le processus de broyage.
