According to a known method for producing a component by means of a powdery starting material, powder is mixed with auxiliaries comprising binding agents, whereby a free-flowing mass is produced. A green body is produced from the mass by means of powder injection moulding. A portion of the auxiliaries is extracted by heating the green body in a container and exposing said body to a stream of solvents. The green body is sintered, whereby the component is produced. The aim of the invention is to enable fast and gentle extraction for releasing green bodies which are produced by means of powder injection moulding. According to the invention, the extraction comprises a heating-up phase during which the temperature of the green body is permanently or gradually increased and the green body is overflown by a solvent in the form of a compressed, supercritical treatment gas. Preferably, the direction of flow of the treatment gas is changed at least once during the heating-up phase. An extractor that is suitable for carrying out said method is characterised by a pressure sealed housing that is provided with at least one lateral limiting wall and encloses a treatment chamber for receiving a carrier element which is loaded with a plurality of green bodies. Said housing is provided with a lock-up load and removal opening for the green bodies. Said opening is configured in the lateral limiting wall as a passage for the carrier element.
Conformément à un procédé connu de production d'un composant à partir d'une matière première en poudre, la poudre est mélangée avec des produits auxiliaires comprenant des liants, avec formation d'une masse coulable, un corps cru est produit à partir de cette masse par moulage par injection de poudre, une partie des produits auxiliaires est extraite en chauffant le corps cru dans un récipient et en l'exposant à un courant de solvant, après quoi le corps cru est fritté avec formation du composant. L'invention vise à obtenir, à partir de ce procédé, une extraction rapide et ménagée en vue de libérer les corps crus produits par moulage par injection des poudres. A cet effet, l'invention est caractérisée en ce que l'extraction comprend une phase de montée en température durant laquelle la température du corps cru est élevée en permanence ou progressivement, et en ce que le corps cru est submergé par un solvant sous forme d'un gaz de traitement compressé supercritique. Un extracteur utilisé pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un carter étanche à la pression, comportant au moins une paroi limite et une chambre de traitement destinée à recevoir un élément support chargé d'une pluralité de corps crus, en ce que le carter est muni d'une ouverture refermable pour le chargement et le prélèvement des corps crus, configurée dans la paroi limite latérale sous la forme d'un passage pour l'élément support.
