The invention relates to a method for quality assurance in preferably finger- jointed timber (1), produced in series, with a given minimum length (12), characterised in that each piece, produced within the length (12), is loaded with increasing tensile forces at the ends (5) thereof to a threshold value, below the breaking load for a fault-free timber piece, and the length changes (DELTA 1), changing therewith, are determined over a section, or the whole length of the timber piece (1) and used as a quality criterion for the use, or the further processing of the timber piece (1). The invention further relates to a device for carrying out said method.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'assurance de la qualité de bois de construction (1) produit en série, de préférence abouté en biais, de longueur minimale (12) prédéterminée. Ledit procédé se caractérise en ce que chaque bois de construction produit dans le sens de la longueur (12), est sollicité, dans chaque cas, par des forces de traction, qui s'exercent à ses extrémités (5) et jusqu'à une valeur-seuil, en dessous de la charge de rupture d'un bois de construction exempt de défauts. La modification de la longueur (DELTA 1) qui se produit alors est déterminée dans au moins une section ou sur toute la longueur du bois de construction (1) et sert de critère de qualité pour l'utilisation du bois de construction (1) ou son traitement subséquent. L'invention concerne également un dispositif permettant de mettre ledit procédé en oeuvre.
