Interspinous stabilization system composed of three elements and characterized in that two of its elements, called spinous anchoring parts (1, 3), are fixed to the superior and inferior spinous processes, and the third element, called intermediate part (2), is interposed between the two others so as to ensure the distraction of the interspinous space and the mobility of the device in the three spatial planes.
