The invention relates to a method for preparing a solid substrate capable of immobilising at least one cell and/or at least one cell portion, said method comprising the step of binding to said solid substrate at least one fusogenic compound capable of insertion into the cell membranes. The invention also relates to a method for immobilising at least one cell and/or at least one cell portion using the solid substrate thus obtained, to said solid substrate, and to the uses thereof in the field of biomedical diagnosis or sanitary monitoring of biological fluids for human or animal use.
