Use of a compound of formula II: (see above formula) wherein R4 is (C1-C6)acyl, nitro(C1-C6)alkyl, cyano(C1-C6) alkyl, (C1--C6)alkoxy(Cl-C6)alkyl or -CH2NR7R8, wherein R7 and R8, the same or different, is each H or (C1-C6)alkyl, or together with the N atom form a saturated or unsaturated 5- 7 membered ring optionally containing a further heteroatom being N, O or S, the further N atom being optionally substituted, and either R5 is H and R6 is (C2-C6) acyl or hydroxyimino (C2--C6)alkyl, or R5 and R6 together with the phenyl ring form a quinoline, a 1,2,3,4-- tetrahydroquinoline or a perhydroquinoline ring, for the preparation of pharmaceutically compositions for the treatment of Parkinson's disease or stroke.
L'invention concerne un composé représenté par la formule (I) dans laquelle R<1> désigne H ou un hydrocarbyle; R<2> désigne un radical hydrophobe; R<3> désigne un 3-(C2-C6)acyl-4-hydroxyphényle, un 3-hydroxyimino(C2-C6)-alkyl-4-hydroxyphényle ou un COOZ, Z représentant H, un alkyle en C1-C6, un aryle ou un ar(C1-C6)alkyle; et n désigne 1 à 20; et un composé représenté par la formule (II) dans laquelle R<4> désigne un acyle en C1-C6, un nitro(C1-C6)alkyle, un cyano(C1-C6)alkyle, un (C1-C6)alcoxy(C1-C6)alkyle ou -CH2NR<7>R<8>, R<7> et R<8>, les mêmes ou différents, représentant chacun H ou un alkyle en C1-C6, ou pris ensemble avec l'atome N formant un cycle de 5 à 7 chaînons saturé ou insaturé contenant éventuellement un autre hétéroatome sélectionné dans le groupe formé par N, O ou S, l'autre atome N étant éventuellement substitué et soit R<5> représente H et R<6> représente un acyle en C2-C6 ou un hydroxyimino(C2-C6)alkyle, soit R<5> et R<6> pris ensemble avec le cycle phényle forment un cycle quinoline, 1,2,3,4-tétrahydroquinoline ou perhydroquinoline. Ces composés s'utilisent dans la préparation de compositions pharmaceutiques destinées au traitement de la maladie de Parkinson ou d'accidents vasculaires cérébraux.
