The invention relates to a method for the optimised management of a membrane filtration unit based on membrane micro-coagulation, that comprises at least one measurement of the effluent temperature (7), one measurement of the filtration flow rate (8), and one measurement of the trans-membrane pressure (9). The injection of the coagulation reagent(s) is controlled by a unit when the membrane permeability becomes lower than a threshold value, and the interruption of the coagulation reagent(s) (2) injection is controlled when the membrane permeability is again equal to or higher than the stable LpO value before the drop, during a predetermined hold time.
Procédé de gestion optimisée d'une unité de filtration sur membrane mettant en AEuvre une microcoagulation sur membrane, comprenant au moins une mesure (7) de la température de l'effluent, une mesure (8) du débit de filtration, et une mesure (9) de la pression transmembranaire. L'injection du/des réactif(s) de coagulation est commandée par une unité lorsque la perméabilité de la membrane devient inférieure à une valeur de seuil, et l'arrêt de l'injection du/des réactif(s) de coagulation (2) est commandé lorsque la perméabilité de la membrane redevient égale ou supérieure à la valeur Lp0 stable avant diminution, pendant un temps de maintien déterminé.
