A process is disclosed for preparing peroxidic perfluoropolyethers comprising perfluoroalkylenoxy units having at least two carbon atoms, characterized in that one or more perfluoroolefins, except tetrafluoroethylene used alone, are reacted with oxygen in the liquid phase at a temperature not exceeding 50°C and in the presence of one or more compounds having one or more F-X bonds, in which X is selected from the group consisting of F, O and Cl.

Procédé pour préparer des perfluoropolyéthers peroxydiques contenant des unités perfluoroalcoylènoxy avec au moins deux atomes de carbone. On fait réagir une ou plusieurs perfluoro-oléfines, sauf le tétrafluoroéthylène qui est utilisé seul, avec de l'oxygène dans la phase liquide à une température ne dépassant pas 50°C en présence d'un ou de plusieurs composés présentant une ou plusieurs liaisons F-X, X étant choisi dans le groupe comprenant F, O et Cl.
