ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A device for filling an open, variably-shaped receptacle with an opening, with fluid to a desired level. A faucet is provided with an electronically actuated valve to control the flow of fluid through the faucet. A height adjustable probe is positioned in the receptacle opening, the probe being electrically associated with circuity to control the opening and closing of the valve, so that when the fluid in the receptacle rises to contact the probe means, the valve moves from open to closed position.
