A molded cable comprises a plurality of conductors (69) and a webbed conductor harness (61). The webbed harness has openings formed by intersecting strands (75), the strands including channels (73) therethrough for the conductors. The webbed harness can be made in combination with the conductors or with a preform to form the channels. The preform can then be replaced by the conductors to form the molded cabling.
