This apparatus is comprised of three major components: (1) A sealed length of glass electron tube filled with neon gas, with two inner electrodes, one on either end. (2) A metallic wire coil tightly wound around outside of the neon electron glass tube, attached on one end to a ground terminal, on the other end to a high voltage transformer. (3) A high voltage transformer. If connected as per drawing #1, and if the above three components are electromagnetically balanced, when energized, it will produce low temperature ozone and an electrostatic field in the ambient air.
