- 10 - ABSTRACT Method of manufacturing building boards or articles of vegetable materials and production line for realization of this method. The method comprises humidification of the material with saturated steam, milling, drying of the mass during preheating to thermal plasticity in process of conveying in a closed space, moulding with an extrusion press and slow cooling with preliminary seasoning in the closed insulated space. The line comprises a bin (1), an apparatus as a steam line (2) for humidification of the material, a breaker (4), a vehicle (5) including two continuous conveyers (8, 9) arranged in housings (10, 11) the first of which is adapted forremoval of moisture and the second is adapted for drying and heating of the massto thermal plasticity, an extrusion press (24) including a heating zone, a neutral zone and a cooling zone.
Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes: humidification du matériau par exposition à une vapeur saturée, broyage, séchage pendant un chauffage préliminaire jusqu'à obtention d'une thermoplasticité alors que le matériau est transporté dans une cuve fermée, pressage dans une presse extrudeuse, et refroidissement graduel précédé d'un séchage à l'air dans une cuve isolée. La chaîne de production comprend les éléments suivants: une trémie (1), un dispositif se présentant sous la forme d'un conduit (2) de vapeur d'humidification, un dispositif de broyage (4), un moyen de transport (5) comprenant deux convoyeurs continus (8 et 9) agencés dans des logements (10 et 11) dans un desquels l'eau est extraite du matériau, tandis que l'autre est destiné au séchage et au chauffage jusqu'à obtention d'une plasticité thermique, ainsi qu'une presse extrudeuse (24) comprenant une zone de chauffage, une zone neutre et une zone de refroidissement.
