While steel sheets, overlapping each other, (W1, W2) are positioned and held by a holding mechanism (12), a first laser beam (L1) is applied to a heating region (P1) of the steel sheet (W1) to space the steel sheet (W1) from the other steel sheet (W2) by a predetermined distance. A second laser beam (L2) is applied to a welding region (P2) to weld the steel sheets (W1, W2) and is moved the welding direction in synchronism with the first base beam (L1). An amount of heat applied by the first laser beam (L1), a moving speed of the first laser beam (L1), and a focused spot diameter of the first laser beam (L1) are set to keep the sheet (W1) irradiated with the first laser beam (L1) in an unmelted state and plastically deform the sheet (W1).

L'invention concerne un procédé dans lequel des feuilles d'acier (W1, W2) sont mises en place et retenues par un mécanisme de retenue (12), et un premier faisceau laser (L1) est appliqué sur une zone de chauffage (P1) de la feuille d'acier (W1) pour décaler cette dernière de l'autre feuille d'acier (W2) d'une distance préétablie. Un second faisceau laser (L2) est appliqué sur une zone de soudage (P2) pour souder les feuilles d'acier (W1, W2). Une intensité de chaleur appliquée par le premier faisceau laser (L1), une vitesse de déplacement du premier faisceau laser (L1) et un diamètre d'un point focalisé du premier faisceau laser (L1) sont définis dans le but de maintenir la feuille d'acier (W1) irradiée par le premier faisceau laser (L1) dans un état non fondu et d'obtenir une déformation plastique de la feuille (W1).
