The invention relates to a step-by-step mechanism, particularly for hand-held devices (1) for the portioned delivery of medicaments to be inhaled, comprising a graduated collar (26), which can be moved during an actuation stroke and which encircles the center axis of the housing (34). In order to provide a step-by-step mechanism of the aforementioned type with a more reliable operation while, in a spatially advantageous manner, having a simplified design, the invention provides that the switching finger(s) (S, 28) are permitted to slope upward from a hub (29) located in the center.
L'invention concerne un mécanisme pas à pas, notamment pour appareils portatifs (1) pour distribuer sous forme de portions des médicaments à inhaler, comprenant un anneau gradué (26) déplacé lors de la course d'actionnement, qui tourne dans l'axe central du boîtier (34). L'invention vise à rendre ledit mécanisme plus fiable sur le plan du maniement, de manière spatialement plus pratique, avec une structure simplifiée. A cet effet, il est prévu de permettre au(x) doigt(s) de commutation de remonter en biais, en partant d'un moyeu (29) situé au centre.
