The invention relates to a medical implant comprising a secured bone screw (4) that is guided through a borehole (3) of the implant (1, 2). The borehole (3) has a thread that is matched to the thread of the screw. A non-threaded section (10) whose diameter is no greater than the free diameter of the threaded borehole (3) is located between the head (6) and thread (5) of the screw. This thread prevents the screw from axially coming through without turning. Turning is hindered or prevented by a turn-hindering device (15, 16).

L'invention concerne un implant médical comprenant une vis à os (4) solidement fixée, laquelle est guidée par un alésage (3) de l'implant (1, 2). Ledit alésage (3) contient un filetage qui correspond au filetage de la vis. Entre la tête de vis (6) et le filetage se trouve une partie sans alésage (10), dont le diamètre ne dépasse pas le diamètre libre de l'alésage du filetage (3). Ces filetages évitent le passage de la vis sans rotation. Cette rotation est arrêtée ou exclue grâce à un dispositif (15, 16) empêchant la rotation.
