A method for treating a cancer patient involving the administration of a therapeutically effective amount of cancer antigens to a patient requiring the same, characterized by comprising: 1) providing a set of cancer antigen peptides consisting of two or more cancer antigen peptides; 2) evaluating the presence or absence of specific cytotoxic T lymphocyte precursors for individual peptides contained in the cancer antigen peptide set in the patient; 3) removing a cancer antigen peptide, concerning which the patient is evaluated as having no cytotoxic T lymphocyte precursor specific thereto, from the cancer antigen peptide set to thereby prepare a cancer antigen peptide set for administration; and 4) administering the cancer antigen peptide set to the patient.

Procédé pour le traitement d~un patient atteint du cancer comprenant l~administration d~une quantité efficace du point de vue thérapeutique d~antigènes du cancer à un patient exigeant celui-ci, caractérisé du fait qu~il comprend : 1) la fourniture d~un ensemble de peptides d~antigènes du cancer comprenant deux peptides d~antigènes du cancer ou plus ; 2) l~évaluation de la présence ou de l~absence de précurseurs de lymphocytes T cytotoxiques spécifiques de peptides individuels contenus dans l~ensemble de peptides d~antigènes du cancer dans le patient ; 3) l~élimination d~un peptide d~antigène du cancer concernant un patient dont il a été déterminé qu~il n~a pas de précurseurs de lymphocytes T cytotoxiques spécifiques de celui-ci, de l~ensemble de peptides d~antigènes du cancer pour de ce fait préparer un ensemble de peptides d~antigènes du cancer en vue de l~administration ; et 4) l~administration de l~ensemble de peptides d~antigènes du cancer au patient.
