The invention relates to a method and a device for producing an acoustically effective stack of films (9) from embossed film webs (5e, 5f, 5g, 5h). Said method and device are characterized in that at least two film webs lying one on top of the other (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d) are embossed together, are conveyed along different routes (W, W1, W2, W3) and are subsequently combined into a stack (9), whereby neighbouring embossed film webs (5e, 5f, 5g, 5h) are laid down in a mutually offset manner in relation to one another, as a result of the different routes (W, W1, W2, W3). A particularly advantageous configuration of the embossing rolls (1a, 1b) produces film webs which have protuberances with a structure that resembles the drape of a fold.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de production d'une pile de feuilles à effet acoustique (9) provenant de bandes continues de feuilles estampées (5e, 5f, 5g, 5h), caractérisés en ce qu'au moins deux bandes de feuilles superposées (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d) sont estampées ensemble, puis acheminées le long de parcours différents (W, W1, W2, W3) pour être ensuite assemblées en une pile (9), en ce que les bandes de feuilles adjacentes (5e, 5f, 5g, 5h) sont appliquées, mutuellement décalées, consécutivement aux différents parcours suivis (W, W1, W2, W3). Une configuration particulièrement avantageuse des rouleaux d'estampage (1a, 1b) permet d'obtenir des bandes de feuilles présentant des protubérances avec une structure du type à projection de plis.
