The present invention relates to a container making use of blade rotation for releasing materials inside through the bottom thereof which includes: a round container having a top cover at the top thereof and a circular groove at the center of the bottom thereof; a revolving scraper whose cylinder at the center thereof contains an opening end attached to the circular groove, and a plurality of scraping blades being disposed at the outer rim of the cylinder, a material-releasing groove disposed opposite to each blade at the side rim of the cylinder; a release control disposed inside of the cylinder and used for control the opening or closing of the material- releasing grooves. Accordingly, to turn the revolving scraper can release the powdered or granular material through the bottom of the container for facilitating the removal of the material and a micro-adjustment. In addition, no old material remains at the bottom of the container.
