The invention relates to new polymerization processes including diluents including hydrofluorocarbons and their use to produce novel polymers substantially free of long chain branching. In particular, the invention relates to copolymers of an isoolefin, preferably isobutylene, and a multiolefin, preferably a conjugated diene, more preferably isoprene, substantially free of long chain branching.
L'invention concerne de nouveaux procédés de polymérisation comprenant des diluants contenant des hydrofluorocarbones, et leur utilisation dans la production de nouveaux polymères ne présentant sensiblement pas de ramifications à chaîne longue. L'invention concerne en particulier des copolymères d'une isooléfine, de préférence l'isobutylène, et d'une multioléfine, de préférence un diène conjugué, et plus préférablement l'isoprène, ne présentant sensiblement pas de ramifications à chaîne longue.
