A production method and device for an optical fiber-use metal coupler, characterized in that an electrocast layer with a cylindrical inner hole is allowed to grow on the cathode side in an electrocast tank with an inner diameter-forming member, having an outer diameter identical to the inner diameter of a cylindrical metal coupler to be produced, as a growth guide, and a cylindrical electrocast layer that has grown to have a specified outer diameter during a process of pulling up the electrocast layer from the electrocast tank is cut to a specified size to thereby produce the metal coupler.
L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de production pour un raccord métallique utilisable avec la fibre optique, présentant la caractéristique de comprendre une couche électromoulée pourvue d'un trou interne cylindrique, laquelle couche est développée sur le côté cathode d'un réservoir électromoulé doté d'un élément de formation de diamètre intérieur, présentant un diamètre extérieur identique au diamètre intérieur d'un raccord métallique cylindrique devant être produit, en tant que guide de croissance; et une couche électromoulée cylindrique qui se développe jusqu'à présenter un diamètre extérieur spécifié au cours d'un processus de retrait de la couche électromoulée du réservoir électromoulé, et qui est coupée à une taille spécifiée de manière à produire le raccord métallique.
