According to the method, the components (24a, 24b) of a stator (24) are slid onto a mandrel (60), said mandrel being inserted into an injection mould (50). The motor housing is produced by injecting polymeric material (63), the stator components (24a, 24b) being injected into said housing. A bearing (27) is contained in the injection mould (50) during the injection process. The mandrel (60) is then pulled out of the stator and a prepared rotor is inserted. This provides an economical and highly precise method for producing an electromotor with very small dimensions.
Selon ce procédé, les composants (24a, 24b) d'un stator (24) sont enfilés sur une broche (60) qui est introduite dans un moule pour moulage par injection (50). Par injection d'un matériau polymère (63), on fabrique la carcasse du moteur dans laquelle les composants du stator (24a, 24b) sont injectés. Durant l'injection, une portée (27) est placée dans le moule (50). La broche (60) est ensuite retirée du stator, et un rotor préfabriqué est mis en place. Ce procédé permet de fabriquer à un coût avantageux et avec une haute précision un moteur électrique de très petites dimensions.
