The invention relates to a device for producing moulded parts, especially formed by injection-moulding, die-casting or press-forming. Said device comprises a core part (31), an ejection device (41) associated with the core part (31), a core carrier (11) carrying the core part (31) and the ejection device (41), and a die (51). The core part (31) and the die (51) can be braced in relation to each other, thus forming a cavity corresponding to the moulded part. The inventive device is characterised in that the core carrier is embodied as a core carrier frame (11) comprising a passage (13), and the core part (31) and the ejection device (41) form a structural unit that can be inserted on one side into the core carrier frame (11), the ejection device (41) extending through the passage (13) when inserted into the frame. The invention further relates to a specific structural unit consisting of a core part (31) and an ejection device (41) for the inventive device.
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour fabriquer des éléments moulés, réalisés notamment par moulage par injection, par coulée sous pression ou par moulage par pression. Ce dispositif comprend une partie noyau (31), un dispositif d'éjection (41) associé à la partie noyau (31), un support (11) central supportant la partie noyau (31) et le dispositif d'éjection (41) et une matrice (51), la partie noyau (31) et la matrice (51) étant soumis à une tension antagoniste et formant ainsi entre eux une cavité correspondant à l'élément à mouler. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le support central est un châssis-support (11) doté d'un passage (13) et la partie noyau (31) forme avec le dispositif d'éjection (41) une unité modulaire, laquelle peut être insérée par un côté dans le châssis-support (11), le dispositif d'éjection (41) traversant alors le passage (13) lorsque l'unité est montée. La présente invention porte également sur une unité modulaire spécifique constituée par une partie noyau (31) et par un dispositif d'éjection (41) et destinée au dispositif de l'invention.
