The invention relates to the establishing of a connection between steam generator heating surfaces made of austenitic materials and a collector and/or distributor (17) made of martensitic or ferritic materials or of a nickel-base alloy. In order to extend the expectation of serviceable life of the connection, the pipe nipple (1) of the reservoir (5) used as a collector or distributor is made of a nickel-base alloy and directly welded to the collector wall in such a manner that an axial gap (4) remains between the connecting branch (1) and the collector wall (2) (Fig. 4). In a connection of the aforementioned type between steam generator heating surfaces made of austenitic materials and the pipe nipple or the pipe nipple and the collector made of martensitic materials, the coefficient of expansion of the material of the pipe nipple has a particularly good effect upon the serviceable life of the entire connection.
L'invention concerne la réalisation d'une connexion entre des surfaces chauffantes d'un générateur de vapeur à base de matériaux austénitiques et un collecteur et/ou un répartiteur (17) à base de matériaux martensitiques ou ferritiques ou d'un alliage à base de nickel. Pour augmenter l'espérance de durée de vie de ladite connexion, les manchons filetés pour tubes (1) de la cuve (5) servant de collecteur ou de répartiteur sont produits à partir d'un alliage à base de nickel et sont soudés directement à la paroi du collecteur, de sorte qu'il subsiste une fente axiale (4) (fig. 4) entre les tubulures (1) et la paroi du collecteur (2). Avec ce type de connexion réalisée entre des surfaces chauffantes de générateur de vapeur à base de matériaux austénitiques et le manchon fileté pour tubes ou le manchon fileté pour tube et le collecteur à base de matériau martensitique, le coefficient de dilatation du matériau a un effet particulièrement bénéfique sur la durée de vie de la connexion dans son ensemble.
