The present invention provides a method of producing reduced coenzyme Q10 crystals suitable for commercial scale production thereof. According to a method of the present invention of producing a reduced coenzyme Q10 crystal which comprises a crystallization of reduced coenzyme Q10 in a solution of alcohols and/or ketones, reduced coenzyme Q10 crystal excellent in slurry properties and crystalline properties is obtained. Moreover, an isolation process including a crystal separation or the whole process including the isolation process is minimized and simplified. Thus, highly pure reduced coenzyme Q10 may be obtained in a high yield.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire des cristaux de coenzyme Q10, pouvant convenir à une production industrielle. Un procédé de production de coenzyme Q10 réduite consiste à cristalliser une coenzyme Q10 réduite dans une solution d'alcools et/ou de cétones, ce qui permet d'obtenir des cristaux de coenzyme Q10 réduite présentant d'excellentes propriétés de pâte et d'excellentes propriétés cristallines. D'autre part, le processus d'isolation qui consiste à séparer les cristaux, ou l'ensemble du procédé qui comprend le processus d'isolation, peut être écourté et simplifié. Ceci permet d'obtenir, à un rendement élevé, une coenzyme Q10 réduite hautement pure.
