An apparatus for filling a screw (7) bearingly supported within a housing (6), in particular of an extruder, for processing of pre-comminuted synthetic plastics material, in particular PET, has a filling opening (5) for the screw housing (6). This filling opening (5) is in flow connection with the lower outflow opening (4) of an upright receptacle 81) for the material to be processed. Within the receptacle (1), tools (30, 31) circulate around a, preferably vertical, axis, which tool act onto the material positioned within the receptacle (1). This material is introduced into the evacuable receptacle (1) through a sluice (60). A quickly circulating tool (30) for creating a mixing cone (71) is disposed between an upper interior portion (68) and a lower interior portion (69) of the receptacle (1). Within the lower interior portion (69) that constitutes a dwell space for the heated plastics material that has reached it for thermal homogenization thereof, also circulating tools (31) are disposed, which, however, are mere mixing tools without substantial introduction of power, so that within this dwell space an agglomeration of the plastics material is avoided.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de chargement d'une vis sans fin logée à l'intérieur d'un bâti (6), en particulier d'une extrudeuse, pour la préparation d'un produit constitué par une matière plastique pré-fragmentée, notamment de PET, comprenant une ouverture de chargement (5) pour le bâti (6) de l'extrudeuse, connectée avec l'ouverture inférieure de décharge (4) d'un récipient vertical (1) de manière à permettre l'écoulement du matériau à traiter. Des outils (30, 31) agissant sur le matériau dans le récipient (1) sont entraînés en rotation autour d'un axe, de préférence vertical, à l'intérieur dudit récipient. Le matériau est introduit par un sas (60) dans le récipient (1) comportant des moyens pour être vidé. Un outil à rotation rapide (30) créant un vortex de mélange (71) est prévu entre une section supérieure (68) de la chambre intérieure et une section inférieure (69) de la chambre intérieure du réceptacle (1). Des outils entraînés en rotation (31) sont également agencés dans la section inférieure (69) de la chambre intérieure, laquelle forme une chambre de maintien pour le matériau plastique chauffé, transféré à cet endroit en vue d'une homogénéisation thermique, lesdits outils étant toutefois uniquement des outils de mélangeage et ne jouant aucun rôle dans un apport significatif d'énergie, ce qui empêche une agglomération du matériau plastique dans ladite chambre de maintien.
