The invention concerns a multi-purpose manually-operated appliance (20) comprising at least two structural parts (3, 4) which can be locked in a closed position to form a compact, substantially closed body in which the two structural parts (3, 4) face each other with preferably congruent contours. In the closed position, the body forms the handle for actuating implements, such a knif, a staple-remover or a cutter, which are embedded in the structural parts and accommodated in a manner such that they can slide out. The two structural parts (3, 4) are preferably interconnected in hinged manner and, when the locking system has been released, can be moved relative to one another in order to actuate a stapler (2), hole-punch (6) or scissors, for example. The structural parts can accommodate further implements, such as a magnifying glass, a pointer or a laser pointer, for example.
L'invention concerne un instrument manuel (20) à usages multiples, comprenant au moins deux parties structurales (3, 4) qui peuvent être verrouillées en position fermée pour former un corps compact pratiquement fermé, ces deux parties structurales (3, 4) étant en vis-à-vis et présentant des contours qui s'adaptent, de préférence, parfaitement. En position fermée, le corps forme le manche servant à actionner des ustensiles, tels qu'un couteau, un arrache-agrafes ou un cutter, qui sont intégrés dans les parties structurales et logés de façon qu'on puisse les sortir en les faisant coulisser. Les deux parties structurales (3, 4) sont, de préférence, reliées de façon articulée et, lorsque le système de verrouillage est débloqué, on peut les déplacer l'une par rapport à l'autre pour actionner une agrafeuse (2), une perforatrice (6) ou des ciseaux, par exemple. Les parties structurales peuvent loger d'autres ustensiles tels qu'une loupe, un pointeur de type courant ou un pointeur laser.
