A coloured or colourless nail varnish containing, in a varnish solvent system, a film-forming substance, a resin and a plasticizer as well as a combination of (i) 0.05-5 wt % of an amino or thio silicone and (ii) 0.05-5 wt % of an organofluorinated hydrocarbon compound, the total weight of (i) + (ii) being at most 5 wt % of the total weight of the varnish. The varnishes have an improved drying time.
