Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition comprising a combination of a Flt-3 inhibitor and at least one compound. The Flt-3 inhibitor may be an indazole derivative represented by the formula (I) [wherein R1 represents a substituted or unsubstituted aryl or the like] or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. Alternatively, the Flt-3 inhibitor may be a pyrimidine derivative represented by the formula (II) [wherein -X-Y-Z- represents -O-CR17=N- (wherein R17 represents a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl or the like); R15 represents -NR22aR22b (wherein R22a and R22b independently represent a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl or the like); and R16 represents -NR24aR24b (wherein R24a and R24b independently represent a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl or the like)] or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof.
