A preventive therapeutic composition for use in the inhibition of and promotion of recovery from muscular fatigue or pulled muscle and diseases attributed thereto, in particular, muscular fatigue or pulled muscle caused by exercise stress and diseases attributed thereto, and for use in the prevention and treatment of muscular fiber formation during the restoration of damaged part attributed to or incidental to surgical injury or surgical procedure, which preventive therapeutic composition is characterized in that it comprises N-(3,4-dimethoxycinnamoyl)anthranilic acid (common name: tranilast) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable solvate thereof as an active ingredient. Further, there is provided a method of use thereof.
L'invention concerne une composition thérapeutique préventive destinée à inhiber la fatigue musculaire ou l'élongation musculaire et les maladies attribuées à ces dernières, et à favoriser la guérison du patient, en particulier d'une fatigue musculaire ou d'une élongation musculaire causées par le stress de l'exercice, et des maladies attribuées à ces dernières. Ladite composition est également utilisée dans la prévention et le traitement de la formation de fibres musculaires au cours de la reconstruction de la partie endommagée attribuée à ou indépendante d'une blessure chirurgicale ou d'une procédure chirurgicale. La composition thérapeutique préventive se caractérise en ce qu'elle comprend de l'acide anthranilique N-(3,4-diméthoxycinnamoyle) (nom courant: tranilast) ou un sel acceptable d'un point de vue pharmaceutique de celui-ci en tant qu'ingrédient actif. L'invention concerne, de plus, une méthode d'utilisation de ladite composition.
