The present invention is directed to a multipurpose device that can be alternately configured to form a blanket, a cushion, a hooded poncho, a hooded poncho with a fastening shawl, and a tote bag. The multipurpose device includes a pliable sheet (1) that can be configured for use as a blanket. The pliable sheet (1) is lengthwise dividable into three sections, a first one- third section, a second one third section having a middle and a third one- third section. The multipurpose device also contains a first attachment. The first attachment (13) includes at least a bi-layer of material that form a first and second pocket and is attached to the pliable sheet (1) near a first edge of the second one third section. The pliable sheet (1) can be folded, preferably with the assistance of specifically placed securing devices (13), into the second pocket to form the cushion configuration. Alternatively, the first pocket can be configured, also preferably with the assistance of specifically placed securing devices, to form a hood for the hooded poncho configuration and the hooded poncho with a fastening shawl configuration. By adding a handle (18) in a certain location, the multipurpose device can be folded into the second pocket and configured for use as a tote bag.
L'invention concerne un dispositif multifonctions pouvant alternativement être configuré de façon à former une couverture, un coussin, un poncho à capuchon, un poncho à capuchon à châle de fixation, et un sac fourre-tout. Ledit dispositif comprend une feuille pliable pouvant être configurée de façon à être utilisée comme couverture. La feuille pliable présente une longueur pouvant être divisée en trois parties: une première partie, une seconde partie possédant un milieu et une troisième partie. Ce dispositif comprend également un premier élément de fixation. Ce premier élément est constitué d'au moins un matériau bicouche formant une première et une seconde poche, et est fixé à la feuille pliable à proximité d'un premier bord de la seconde partie. La feuille pliable peut être pliée, de préférence, à l'aide de dispositifs de fixation placés de manière spécifique dans la seconde poche afin de former une configuration de coussin. Dans un mode de réalisation, la première poche peut être configurée, également de préférence, à l'aide de dispositifs de fixation placés de manière spécifique afin de former le capuchon d'une configuration de poncho à capuchon et de poncho à capuchon à châle de fixation. Grâce à l'adjonction d'une poignée à un certain emplacement, le dispositif multifonction peut être plié dans la seconde poche et configuré sous forme de sac fourre-tout.
