A durable roofing tile is disclosed wherein the tile is made substantially of crumb rubber and having latex and MDI urethane. It is preferable that at least 50% of the tile consist of crumb rubber and <15% be MDI urethane and latex. This tile is able to withstand rot. infestation, and premature weathering due to severe climate changes. Furthermore this tile is somewhat breathable and water-resistant.
