Absorbent article such as a diaper and an incontinence guard provided with a pair of belt members (10a, b) intented to be fastened together around the waist of the wearer by fastening means (11, 12) and where said front portion (5), is provided with fastening means (8, 9) intended to be fastened to the belt members (10a, b), in such a way that the article will assume a pantlike shape, where the belt members (10a, b) form a part of the waist portions of the pant. The belt members (10a, b) comprise a flexible laminate of at least three layers, a first outer layer (14), a middle layer (16) and a second outer layer (15) of fibrous material bonded together in a bonding pattern (13) provided by ultrasonic, laser and/or heat, said bonding pattern (13) having a bonding area of no more than 10 %. The first outer layer (14) and said middle layer (16) have a creped structure of a plurality of raised areas (14a; 16a) separated by a plurality of non-raised areas formed by the bonding sites (13) of said bonding pattern, wherein the creped structure of the first outer layer (14) is more distinct with a greater height of said raised areas (14a) as compared to the middle layer (16).
L'invention concerne un article absorbant, tel qu'une couche et une protection contre l'incontinence, pourvu d'une paire d'éléments ceinture (10a, b) destinés à être fixés autour de la taille de l'utilisateur par un moyen de fixation (11, 12), la partie frontale (5) étant dotée d'un moyen de fixation (8, 9) destiné à être fixé aux éléments ceinture (10a, b) de telle manière que l'article puisse prendre la forme d'une culotte, les éléments ceinture (10a, b) qui forment une partie des sections taille de la culotte, comprennent un laminé flexible d'au moins trois couches, notamment une première couche externe (14), une couche centrale (16) et une deuxième couche externe (15) de matière fibreuse, liées les unes aux autres dans un motif de liaison (13) obtenu par ultrasons, laser et/ou chaleur, ce motif de liaison (13) ayant une zone de liaison de 10 % maximum. La première couche externe (14) et la couche centrale (16) ont une structure crêpée de plusieurs zones hautes (14a; 16a) séparées par une pluralité de zones basses formées par les sites de liaison (13) du motif de liaison. La structure crêpée de la première couche externe (14) a des zones hautes (14a) plus élevées que celles de la couche centrale (16).
