An ultrasonographic system that transmits an ultrasonic pulse into a tissue of an organism, receives and analyzes its reflected wave, and creates a diagnostic ultrasonogram comprises an analyzing unit for measuring the back- scatter intensity of the scattering wave from the region of interest of the organism tissue by using the received reflected wave signal and determining the variation frequency of the back-scatter intensity so as to make it usable as diagnosis data.

Ce système est composé d'une unité d'analyse servant à mesurer l'intensité de l'onde rétrodiffusée depuis la zone concernée du tissu au moyen de la réception d'un signal d'onde réfléchie et à déterminer la fréquence de variation de cette intensité de rétrodiffusion, de manière à utiliser cette fréquence en données de diagnostic.
