The invention concerns a biocompatible polymer consisting of a sequence of identical or different motifs, of the general formula (I): A¿a? X¿x? Y¿y? wherein: A represents a monomer; X represents a carboxyl group fixed on a monomer A; Y represents a sulphate or sulphonate group fixed on a monomer A; a represents the number of monomers A; x represents the substitution rate of the set of monomers A by the groups X; y represents the substitution rate of the set of monomers A by the groups Y. The invention further concerns the pharmaceutical and diagnostic compositions containing at least one polymer of general formula (I).
La présente invention concerne un polymère biocompatible constitué par un enchaînement de motifs identiques ou différents, de la formule (I) suivante: Aa Xx Yy, dans laquelle: A représente un monomère; X représente un groupement carboxyle fixé sur un monomère A; Y représente un groupement sulfate ou sulfonate fixé sur un monomère A; a représente le nombre de monomères A; x représente le taux de substitution de l'ensemble des monomères A par les groupements X; y représente le taux de substitution de l'ensemble des monomères A par les groupements Y. L'invention concerne également les compositions pharmaceutiques et de diagnostic comprenant au moins un polymère de formule générale (I).
