A method for preparing a beverage through a capsule (2) inserted in a beverage machine; the capsule comprising an enclosure (20) containing one or more beverage ingredients, wherein a brewing fluid is introduced in the enclosure to brew the said one or more beverage ingredients, wherein a brewed liquid is filtered by a filtering wall (22) and delivered from the capsule, wherein the filtering wall extends from substantially the bottom of the enclosure and said filtering wall is associated to an overflow wall (3) that forces the brewed liquid to traverse at least one overflow aperture (25). The method is particularly suitable for brewing a tea containing capsule.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de boisson à partir d'une capsule (2) introduite dans une machine de distribution de boissons. Cette capsule comprend une enceinte (20) contenant une ou plusieurs substances de boisson, un fluide d'infusion étant introduit dans cette enceinte afin d'infuser cette ou ces substances de boissons. Un liquide infusé est filtré par une paroi filtrante (22) et distribué à partir de la capsule, cette paroi filtrante s'étendant sensiblement à partir du fond de l'ensemble et étant associée à une paroi de débordement (3) qui force le liquide infusé à traverser au moins une ouverture de débordement (25). Ce procédé convient particulièrement pour infuser une capsule contenant du thé.
