ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An electrostatic discharge protective structure for a circuit arrangement constructed in CMOS-Technology comprises two diodes connected in series and opposite polarity in an electrically floating well, and a filter element connected in parallel thereto. The protective structure is arranged between a terminal pad of the circuit arrangement and a supply potential of the circuit arrangement.
