A new method for manufacturing by molding a component, composed partly of a hard thermoplastic material and partly of a soft elastomer material, is proposed. According to the method the first part (53) of thermoplastic material is first formed, then this first part (53) is placed in a mold capable to receive an elastomer material and consequently the second part (51) is formed by injection molding. Simultaneously the surface (58) of the first part (53) is engaged with the surface (54) of the second part (51) and said surface (58) of the first part is subjected to the injection temperature and pressure of the soft elastomer and causes to soften it and to fuse it to said surface (54) of the second part. The method is illustrated on the hand of a valve.
L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé de production par moulage d'un constituant composé partiellement d'une matière thermoplastique dure et partiellement d'une matière élastomère souple. Le procédé consiste premièrement à former la première pièce (53) en matière thermoplastique, puis à la placer dans un moule capable de recevoir une matière élastomère, et ensuite à former la seconde pièce (51) par moulage par injection. On met simultanément en contact la surface (58) de la première pièce (53) avec la surface (54) de la seconde pièce (51), et on soumet ladite surface (58) de la première pièce à une température et une pression d'injection de l'élastomère souple, ce qui provoque son ramollissement et sa fusion avec ladite surface (54) de la seconde pièce. Le procédé est illustré en se basant sur une vanne.
