For the expression of a recombinant gene, which contains AGA or/and AGG codons for arginine, in E. coli after transformation with an expression vector which contains the recombinant gene, if the content of the AGA or/and AGG codons is more than 3 % in the recombinant gene, the amount of these codons is reduced to not more than 3 % with respect to the total amount of the codons in the gene.

L'invention porte sur l'expression d'un gène recombinant, qui renferme des codons AGA et (ou) AGG pour l'arginine, chez E. coli après transformation avec un vecteur d'expression renfermant le gène recombinant; si la teneur en codons AGA et (ou) AGG est supérieure à 3 % dans le gène recombinant, la quantité de ces codons est réduite à 3 % au plus par rapport au montant total de codons dans le gène.
