A urinary apparatus (10) includes a catheter system (40) for pressurizing either a bladder cavity (18) or a urethral canal (14) within a female urinary system (12) and an endoscope device (60) for observing a urethral sphincter muscle (16) within the female urinary system (12) for assessing the sling tension of an implant support adapted to restore female urinary continence.
L'invention porte sur un appareil urinaire comprenant un système de cathéter destiné à mettre sous pression soit la cavité de la vessie, soit un canal de l'urètre dans le système urinaire de la femme, et sur un endoscope permettant d'observer un muscle sphincter de l'urètre dans le système urinaire de la femme afin d'évaluer la tension de la bandelette d'un support implanté adapté pour rétablir la continence urinaire chez la femme. Le système cathéter comprend un élément d'occlusion d'obturateur permettant de boucher le canal de l'urètre lors du tensionnement de la bandelette.
