This "Pressure Regulator" is a method of delivering hydraulic/pneumatic pressure to and from the body that is in a rotary motion. The pressure is either extremely high or creates a suction with in the mechanical digital shaft via the usage of high-pressure resistance tubing. The passages are located at Zero degrees and one hundred and eighty degrees covering approximately ninety degrees North and South. As the shaft rotates the passage through which the pressure flows is sealed by the chamber that is with in the shell bearing by means of a seal that is in the form of an arc.
