In a locking arrangement, particularly for alternatively connecting and disconnecting two members (11a, 11b) of a bicycle gooseneck (11), cam followers (19) retained in apertures (51) of one member (11b) are biased by a cam (17) when in a locking position into engagement with corresponding axial grooves (25) in the other member (11a). The cam (17) is rotatable between locking and unlocking position via a security lock (21). A similar arrangement is used in a down hole tool.

Dans ce dispositif de blocage, destiné notamment à coupler et désaccoupler deux éléments (11a, 11b) d'une potence de bicyclette (11), des galets de came (19) retenus dans des ouvertures (5) de l'un des éléments (11b) sont sollicités par une came (17) lorsqu'ils sont dans une position de verrouillage, dans laquelle ils sont engagés dans des gorges axiales correspondantes (25) de l'autre élément (11a). La came (17) peut pivoter entre une position verrouillante et une position non verrouillante, via une serrure de sûreté (21). On peut utiliser un agencement similaire dans un outil de fond de trou.
