The invention relates to water-dispersible polyisocyanate mixtures which is the reaction product of A) a lacquer polyisocyanate having a uretdione, isocyanurate, allophanate, biuret, iminooxadiazinedione and/or oxadiazinetrione group and prepared from monomeric diisocyanates and B) a polyalkylene oxide polyether containing at least one carboxylic acid group, wherein the polyalkylene oxide polyether is linked to the lacquer polyisocyanate through a reaction between an isocyanate group and a carboxylic acid group to form an acylated urea group or an amide bond. The invention further relates to a process for their preparation and their use as a starting component in the preparation of polyurethane plastics, in particular as crosslinking agents for water-soluble or -dispersible lacquer binders or binder components with isocyanate-reactive groups.
L'invention porte sur des mélanges de polyisocyanates hydrodispersables qui est le produit de réaction de A) une laque polyisocyanate composée d'un groupe uretdione, isocyanurate, allophanate, biuret, iminooxadiazinedione et/ou oxadiazinetrione et préparée à partir de diisocyanates monomères et B) un polyéther d'oxyde de polyalkylène contenant au moins un groupe d'acide carboxylique, où le polyéther d'oxyde de polyalkylène est lié à la laque polyisocyanate grâce à une réaction entre un groupe isocyanate et un groupe d'acides carboxyliques pour former un groupe urée acylé ou une liaison amide. L'invention présente en outre un procédé pour leur préparation et leur utilisation en tant que composant de départ dans la préparation des plastiques de polyuréthane, en particulier comme agents de réticulation pour les liants de laque hydrosolubles ou hydrodispersables ou pour les composants de liant avec des groupes réactifs d'isocyanate.
