A wind turbine blade made of a skeleton frame with flexible carbon fiber cloth running its entire width on top of the blade, being attached to a mechanized roller positioned at one end of the blade and to a pair of narrow carbon fiber cloth strips over a roller at the front of the blade. The narrow carbon fiber cloth strips running underneath the skeleton frame and being attached to a third roller positioned at the back of the blade right below the first roller. The rear mounted rollers being powered by an electric motor allowing for a back and forth motion of the cloths over the top portion of the skeleton frame, allowing more or less wind energy to be captured by the blade based on wind speed conditions.
