The invention relates to a method for conducting crash tests in which an object, in particular a motor vehicle or part of a motor vehicle, is typically mounted on a test slide which is accelerated, the acceleration force being generated by means of a pressurized-gas reservoir and specifically applied to the acceleration object via a piston and a push rod, while for reducing the cycle times, the desired gas pressure in the pressurized-gas reservoir is generated by moving a piston, itself exposed to a hydraulic fluid, so as to apply pressure on the gas. The invention also relates to a correspondingly implemented system.
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'exécution d'essais de choc dans lesquels un objet, notamment un véhicule à moteur ou une partie d'un véhicule à moteur est généralement monté sur un support mobile d'essai qui est accéléré, la force d'accélération étant générée au moyen d'un réservoir de gaz sous pression et appliquée spécifiquement à l'objet d'accélération par l'intermédiaire d'un piston et d'une bielle de poussée, tout en réduisant la durée du cycle, la pression de gaz désirée dans le réservoir de gaz sous pression étant générée par le déplacement d'un piston, lui-même exposé à un fluide hydraulique, de manière à appliquer la pression sur le gaz. Cette invention porte également sur un système mis en oeuvre de cette manière.
