An electromagnetic device comprises a magnetic field generating electrical circuit including a winding (1) having at least one electrical conductor (2). The winding comprises a solid insulation (4) surrounded by outer and inner layers (3, 5) serving for equalization of potential and having semiconducting properties. Said at least one electrical conductor (2) is arranged interiorly of the inner semiconducting layer (3). The invention also relates to methods for electric field control and production of a magnetic circuit as well as use of a cable for obtaining a winding.

L'invention concerne un dispositif électromagnétique qui comprend un circuit électrique générant un champ magnétique et comportant un enroulement (1) présentant au moins un conducteur électrique (2). L'enroulement comprend une isolation (4) pleine entourée par une couche extérieure et une couche intérieure (3, 5) servant à l'égalisation du potentiel et ayant des propriétés semi-conductrices. Le ou lesdits conducteurs électriques (2) sont placés intérieurement par rapport à la couche intérieure semi-conductrice (3). L'invention concerne également des procédés de régulation d'un champ électrique et de production d'un circuit magnétique, ainsi que l'utilisation d'un câble pour former un enroulement.
