A device or unit designed for the purpose of putting garbage outside without worry of cats, dogs, birds or other animals tampering with the garbage and making a mess. This device is designed so peoples garbage will hang from a tree like limb being straight, square, or round set at a fixed or determined height on the garbage tree free from animals of all types. This device garbage tree is easily assembled at the edge of peoples property where desired and can be taken apart and also reassembled in minutes. The tree post which is the main pole of this device will consist of several notches or holds at fixed points where as the garbage tree limbs or hangers can easily be adjusted up or down use of these notches or slots to give a desired height. As depicted in drawings 1A, 2A. This device/invention is comprised of three main parts the main pole/post, stand and hangers or limbs. When all three components are attached or joined together will make up the garbage tree holder as depicted in drawings 1A and 1B. The tree base or stand is fastened to the ground by means of a point or spike attached to the bottom of the tree post as depicted in drawings 1A, 1B, 3A, 4A. This type of stand or basin will assure the tree post and make it stand straight strong and solid for people to hang their garbage on the hooks attach to the limbs or hangers join or affixed to the garbage tree as depicted in drawings 1B, 2B, 1A, 2A. The basin or stand is a hollow tank or basin approximately 35 to 40 cms at the bottom and approx. 25 cms in height depending on height and width of device. The tree post or pole will sit in the center slot or hole of the basin as depicted in drawings. This basin or stand will be made from such material as plastic, metal or composite. The tree post or pole will be approximately 200 cms in height and approx. 10 cms in width/diameter. This pole or post will be made from plastic, metal or composite depending on the cost and consideration and durability. The post will have several knoches, groves or holes at fixed points for the limbs or hangers to be attached or joined to the post where desired. The tree post limbs or hangers will be approximately 1 long and 1 in diameter they will be made from such material as plastic, metal or composite depending on durability. Each hanger will have hook s or holder s fixed or fastened to it in which garbage bags will hang from and be ready for the collector s for pick-up as depicted in drawing.
