A triple Tg (megsin/RAGE/iNOS-Tg) is constructed by crossing a megsin-Tg with an RAGE/iNOS-Tg. It is found out that this megsin/RAGE/iNOS-Tg suffers from the onset of remarkable diabetic kidney lesion at an early stage which has never been observed so far and shows various uniform lesion images such as glomerular enlargement. It is also found out that the animal showing these symptoms is useful as a model animal of diabetic nephropathy. That is to say, the disease model animal as described above overexpresses megsin gene, receptor for advanced glycation end product gene and inducible nitric oxide synthase gene and, therefore, suffers from renal dysfunction associated with glomerular disorders at an early stage.
L'on construit un triple gène Tg (Tg-megsine/RAGE/iNOS) en croisant un Tg-megsine avec un Tg-RAGE/iNOS. L'on a découvert que ledit Tg-megsine/RAGE/iNOS est victime de l'apparition d'une importante lésion néphrétique diabétique à un stade précoce qui n'avait jamais été observé jusqu'à maintenant, et présente diverses images de lésions uniformes, telles qu'une augmentation du volume glomérulaire. L'on a également constaté que l'animal présentant lesdits symptômes était utile en tant qu'animal modèle pour la néphropathie diabétique. Autrement dit, ledit animal modèle de maladie surexprime le gène megsine, le gène des récepteurs des produits de glycation avancée et le gène de l'oxyde nitrique synthase inductible et, par conséquent, est atteint d'un dysfonctionnement rénal associé à des troubles glomérulaires à un stade précoce.
