ABSTRACT A system of elongate plastic forms which may be stacked and interconnected for a single pour of concrete to permeate through the system. The forms are connectable in end-to-end relation between tongue and groove connections and, in stacked relation, through further tongues and grooves. Prior to connecting the forms, holes may be cut in them to mate one with the other for flow of concrete when the forms are stacked. The forms have inwardly sloping front and rear faces to be narrower at the top than at the bottom and may be stacked to form a retaining wall having a flat front face sloping rearwardly with the same slope as that of the form front faces. Rear edges of the forms project into material to be retained behind the wall. 2893b/1
