Method for producing a fibre composite component (1), comprising the following method steps: forming a moulding core (4) from a core material (7) with a predetermined narrow melting range in a moulding tool (8) to establish an outer geometry of the moulding core (4); at least partly laying at least one semifinished fibre product (3) on the moulding core (4) that is formed, for the shaping of at least one moulded portion (14) of the fibre composite component (1) to be produced; and multistage exposure of at least the moulded portion (14) to heat and/or pressure to produce the fibre composite component (1); a corresponding moulding core (4) for producing such a fibre composite component (1) and a corresponding fibre composite component (1) with at least one stringer (20).
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un composant de composite fibreux (1), comprenant les étapes de procédé suivantes consistant à : former un noyau de moulage (4) à partir d'une matière de noyau (7) ayant une plage de fusion étroite prédéterminée dans un outil de moulage (8) pour établir une géométrie externe du noyau de moulage (4) ; poser au moins partiellement au moins un produit fibreux semi-fini (3) sur le noyau de moulage (4) qui est formé, pour le façonnage d'au moins une partie moulée (14) du composant de composite fibreux (1) devant être obtenu ; et exposer en plusieurs stades au moins la partie moulée (14) à la chaleur et/ou à une pression pour fabriquer le composant de composite fibreux (1). L'invention concerne également un noyau de moulage correspondant (4) pour fabriquer un tel composant de composite fibreux (1) et un composant de composite fibreux correspondant (1) avec au moins une lisse (20).
