Disclosed are piperidine-keto acid derivates of general formula (I) and their tautomeric and isomeric forms, as well as their physiologically well tolerated salts, where R1 can mean -CO-R4, -SO2-R4, -CONH-R4, -COOR4, -C(=N)-R4, -C(=O)- NHR4 and -C(=S)-NHR4; R2 can have the meaning -C1-C6-alkyl, whether branched or not, and can still carry a phenyl, a pyridine or a naphthyl-ring, which can possibly be substituted with no more than two R5 residues, while R5 C1-C4- alkyl, whether branched or not, can mean -O-C1-C4-alkyl, OH, Cl, F, Br, J, CF3, NO2, NH2, CN, COOH, COO-C1-C4-alkyl, -NHCO-C1-C4-alkyl, -NHCOPh, -NHSO2- C1-C4-alkyl, NHSO2-Ph, -SO2-C1-C4-alkyl and -SO2Ph; and R3 can mean -OR6 and - NHR6. The preparation of the inventive compounds and their use as drug products are also disclosed.
La présente invention concerne des dérivés de pipéridine-cétoacide de la formule générale (I) et leurs formes tautomériques et isomériques, ainsi que leurs sels physiologiquement supportables, où R<1> peut représenter -CO-R<4>, -SO<2>-R<4>, -CONH-R<4>, -COOR<4>, -C(=N)-R<4>, -C(=O)-NHR<4> et -C(=S)-NHR<4>; R<2> peut représenter -C1-C6-alkyle, branché ou non, et porter encore un phényle, un pyridine ou un anneau-naphthyle, lequel peut être substitué avec au maximum deux résidus de R<5>, tandis que R<5> peut représenter C1-C4-alkyle, branché ou non, -O-C1-C4-alkyle, OH, Cl, F, Br, J, CF3, NO2, NH2, CN, COOH, COO-C1-C4-alkyle, -NHCO-C1-C4-alkyle, -NHCOPh, -NHSO2-C1-C4-alkyle, NHSO2-Ph, -SO2-C1-C4-alkyle et -SO2Ph; R<3> peut représenter -OR<6> et -NHR<6>. L'invention porte aussi sur leur mode de préparation et leur utilisation en tant que médicaments.
